 Single Wall Corrugated Pipe Features:

PVC Single wall corrugated pipe production line consists of extruder, die, moulding machines, automatic cutter and winder or stacker. It’s used to process single wall corrugated pipes with diameter from 16-200mm, which are used for wire and cable, and used as drainage pipes of washing machine, vent pipes.etc.

Extruder: the extruder has high speed high efficiency screw, hard gear surface, FUJI convertor. This structure guarantees the extruding speed and efficiency, the material evenly heating and good plasticization.

Mold block: the design of structure is reasonable, wind cooling and replacement of the module is convenient and reliable.

Corrugator: Horizontal structure with 40 Cr special die head. Mold blocks Through the gear transmission, Mold plate has water flowing to get cooling efficiency. The pipe cooling type is wind.
