    To grind solid pieces in septic tank of sewage discharge pipes as these places:city sewage,market,hotel,community,villa etc. Ensure the smooth and follow-up process pump can be normal operation, crushing equipment is an advanced to block the dirt and solid waste.

  Construction :

     The wastewater grinders are assembled by motor, reducer, gear box, cutting chamber, mechanical seal, shell, PLC etc.  

  1.  Solids enter grinders through pipeline flange connection.

  2.  Solids pass through cutters for size reduction.

  3.  Solids are cut into smaller particles and no threat to downstream equipment.

   Materials :

1.Motor: Customized, multiple power options

2.Shaft: heat-treated alloy steel 4140 with surface harden evenly

3.Cutter and spacer: heat-treated alloy steel 4130 with surface harden evenly.

4.The hardness is not less than 45~50HRC

5.Housings: Ductile cast iron ASTMA 536
