The main structure:

1.Cylinder part: 2 stainless-steel cylinder(Φ1250mm×1450mm)..2 couch roll, Φ400mm×1450mm,  1 reverse roll,Φ400mm×1450mm. rubber hardness HS-38°±2.

2. Pressing part: 1 Natural marble roller(Φ450mm×1450mm).1 rubber roll(Φ400mm×1450mm). rubber hardness HS-90°±2, Pneumatic compression device.

3. Dryerpart: 2 alloy drying cylinder (Φ1500mm×1450mm), 1 touch roll, Φ450mm×1450mm.rubber hardness HS-90°±2,Pneumatic compression device.  

4.Winding part: 1092mm cylinder paper winding machine and paper rewinding machine.
