Some tips for equipment maintenance downtime after work :

1.Close the power switch and the compressor switch after down work, and discharge the sewage in the air 

compressor tank and the air storage tank.

2. Need clean up vibrators with air gun(especially materials block formed in vibrator hopper should be 

removed regularly),inside of body,receiving hopper and dust scraping brush(Caution:During the cleaning of 

the sorting chamber with the air gun,it its forbidden to direct blowing to nozzle which may causing the damage of valve!)

3. Weekly:check filter elements;check the cleanliness of the cleaning brush,ensure equipment in a good state 

then achieve high precision.
