DPP series plane fully Automatic Blister Packing Machine is a hightech packing machine for aluminum&aluminum, aluminum-plastic, paper plastic packing.

It is adopting PLC, frequency converter and man-machine interface with features of all round function, ease for operation, stable running, qualified with GMP. it meets the needs of enterprises that have scale output, especially for capsule,big honey pill,candy andmilk tablet etc packing in the food industry.

Positive  pressure forming matched with mechanical punchensures well blister forming, and can be collocated with special automatic feeder to fit for certain packingsuch as ampoule, vial, syringe, big honey pill, medical appliance or other special shapes.

Main transmission part adopts parallel axis and bevel wheel speed reducer, forming heat-sealing and impressing moulds adopt bolt orientating which leads to precise, orientation, easy to change moulds and material saving.

• Blister forming, hot-sealing, lot number printing, avulsion line impressing and cutting etc all adopt mandrel orientation, each can move freely in the mandrel when shaking the hand wheel, and the bliser packing machine has staff gauge, easy to adjust and exact orientation.
• Manipulator towing adopted culms double pendulum device, increased traction adjustable scope of the itinerary (it can get to 180mm), which can fit for medicine-card packaging of different sizes. The blister packing machine can registration heating, positive forming, up and down moiré, air cylinder heating sealing, automatic feeding, automatic lot number printing, automatic cutting die, easy to operate and credible running.
• Forming positive pressure air distribution with mechanical punch, ensuring blister forming well, and could collocate exclusive Automatic Feeder. The blister packing machine could fit for the packaging of ampoule, needle, Xilin Bottle, big honey pill, medicine machine and some special shape etc.
• Main transmission part adopts parallel axis and bevel wheel speed reducer, forming dies and hot-sealing dies and impressing dies adopt bolt orientation, with exact orientation, easy to change dies and material saving.
