Our Ovens uses Diesel and Natural Gas and are designed with special burning system that make the fuel burns well enough before expelled from the Oven. It is equipped with special automatic exhaust fan or The Diesel Oil container I made of special metal blower and so it does pose any danger to both the food and the production environment.
5.  BROAD USAGE   

It is suitable for baking all kinds of Breads, cakes Pies, Crisp spread steamed-bread and Chinese-styled cakes and so on.
6. SPERB VAPOUR SUPPLY
The oven needs vapour to work efficiently so it has been deigned to contain 8 litres of water that can be turned into vapour within 20 seconds by a superb steam system. Sufficient vapour is supplied at any time in accordance with Technical requirement to satisfy the baker's desired food quality.
7.  DAYLIGHT ILLUMINATION 

Using daylight florescent lamp, people can really see and observe the fire to check whether it is burning at the required level through the double-glass-door.

The whole is made of Stainless Steel ,and adopt tine toy, the fram can run around, and the top of the inside oven. The frame can has a circumrotate pothook, and adopt blast force heated air circulation. This can enhance the efficiency of the thermal transmission, and reduce the heating time, so it may cause a more frugal energy. It uses heated air circulation and running frame, so the heating is uniformity utterly, and the color of the food that bakery is not changed. In order to make the food more delicious, the temperature is more suitable, and we set and air regulation and humidifying equipment in the exit of the sirocco, it is especially useful for roasting cake and kinds of bread.
