Brief introduction

The mini chemical laboratory hydrothermal synthesis reactor is also called high pressure digestion tank, pressure dissolved shells which is finished by high quality stainless steel and PTFE. Use and precautions

1. The heating should not exceed 200 ℃, heating rate ≤ 55 ℃ min, PID temperature control system can be used to control the temperature, cooling rate ≤ 5 ℃ min, safety pressure is 3 Mpa.

2. When you completed the reaction, please open the kettle cover until the kettle natural cooling to the room temperature.

3. The degree of filling in kettle should no more than 80%.

Note: When heated to 100 degrees, please keep for 1 hour and then heated to the desired temperature, to ensure the longevity and safety of the equipment.
