Q345R or Q345R+ 310S Reactor:

Steadily operating: with the roller besides reactor, the reactor is well protected and watched, not easy to become old.

Secure: there is quality pipe connected with reactor and catalyst chamber, avoid explosion.

Environmental protection:  the reactor is completely sealed, avoid gas and fire leaking.

Auto-feeder: 

*High hydraulic pressure to feed tires or plastic into reactor within about 2 hours. 

*Powerful enough to feed plenty of raw materials into the reactor as even 12 tons of tires, 250-260kg/cubic meters.

Cooling system:    

Having plenty of small units inside the condenser, the cooling system possess a lot of heat exchange area to cool down more quality oil,

step by step.     

Anti-back fire device:

to avoid explosion and energy waste, this device can make the tail gas

go back to the furnace to heat the reactor again.   

Oil-water separator: 

it can avoid the oil gas going back to the reactor, so that no explosion during the whole process, at the same time separate oil and water.  

Negative pressure device:

To create some negative pressure to keep the whole plant processing under a normal pressure,

safe, time –saving and energy saving.

Vacuum carbon black discharging device:

With this device, carbon black can be collected under high temperature with high speed, and large quantity.
