Horizontal Heel Setting Machine with Four Coolers
SD-604DA Computerized Backpart Moulding Machine( 4cold rubber mould)
1. Air bag outer mould, it can set for any type of shoe backpart.
2. Programmable controller, get backpart fine setting.
3. Air bag charging and discharging control by P.L.C, with vacuum contraction device, it mack air bag completely inflate and deflate, reduce friction between air bag and shoe upper.
4. Air bag inflate time and pressing time adjustable.
5.The working lights are selective buying, it except for lighting, also help backpart accurate positioning.
6.Employ imported 2 sets of cooler, and each cooler separate controlled,can be used all the same time or separately
7. During working the molds is not wobbling, it can be operated directly on it and increase our working efficiency.
8. The machine equipped with multi-functional clamp, making backpart more close to mold.
