Ultrasonic welding:

ultrasonic vibration with ultrasonic welding mold (sonotrode, horn), ultrasonic energy conduction to the surface of plastic welding surface, thus produce local high temperature to make the melt plastic surface. Under the pressure of ultrasonic hand-held, the plastic welding material can be welded well, beautiful and strong effect.

Ultrasonic preparetions:

When placing plastic nut screw or other metal work pieces., ultrasonic welder would transmit the ultrasonic energy to metal, and after high speed vibration to produce heat , the metal will  directly embedded in the plastic.

Ultrasonic riveted:
