Lead zinc ore production line:

Raw ore------jaw crusher------fine jaw crusher------feeder------ball mill machine------spiral classifier------mixing tank------flotation separator------concentrator ore

Raw material ores is exploited from mountain are big size,so it is necessary to crush firstly,in this process,the raw materials will be feed into primary crusher by feeder,then come into secondary crusher.The materials will go into screen after first and secondary crusher, the suitable size material (≤25mm) will go to next step. Oversize(>25mm) material will go back to secondary crusher to crush again. This forms a closed crush circuit.

In this process, material will be grinded into suitable sizes (about 200 mesh) for beneficiation.After grinding material will come to classifier. In classifier, suitable size material will go to next step. Coarse material will go back to ball mill for grind again. This process is a closed grind circuit.

In this process, materials will be separated by flotation, magnetic separator or gravity concentrating machine. We will get the materials that we need.

Process introduction: After beneficiation, there are some residual water in ore concentration. So we have to carry on concentrate dehydration to meet the requirements of transportation and smelting.

Flotation separator is also known as flotation cell and flotation tank, which is one kind of ore processing equipment mainly used to separate copper, zinc, lead, nickel, gold, silver, lead and other non-ferrous metals. So, it is also called gold flotation machine and copper ore flotation machine. 

Flotation separator working principle:

Mix the mashed rocks with water and necessary reagent in the mixing chute, and inject them to the pulp chute. Lead air to the pulp to make it form large quantities of bubbles, and some mineral particles that are difficult to get moist in water and that are generally called hydrophobic mineral particles will stick on the bubbles and float with the bubbles to the surface of the pulp to form mineralized bubble layer, and some other mineral particles that are easy to get moist in water and that are called hydrophilic mineral particles do not stick on the bubbles but stay in the pulp to discharge the mineralized bubbles containing specific minerals, thus completing the separation process.
