Sterilizer ST.

Palm sterilization with pressurized steam can efficiency put an end to activity of catabolic enzyme, ensuring the quality of palm oil and reducing oil loss. It will make fruits soft, easy to come off bunches and easy to be crushed. It will also preliminarily desiccate the palm kernels, that is helpful to the follow-up step-drying and husking of palm kernels.

The horizontal tank of the sterilizer is in a novel and advanced structure with complete accessories. The machine is also quipped with a unique device for quickly opening the door, safe, reliable and easy to be operated. 

Vertical Sterilizer:

Sterilizers can be divided into two types, one is horizontal sterilizer, the other is vertical sterilizer. Comparatively speaking, horizontal one occupies bigger area and more steam consumption, it is a traditional sterilizing method. However, the vertical sterilizer is improved on the base of the horizontal type, it costs low steam consumption and saves energy, which is used more and more widely.

Threshing section: 

The purpose of threshing is to separate oil palm fruit from the fruit bunch through strong vibration, Threshing equipment is revolving drum thresher. The separated oil palm fruit is ejected then into the pressing section. Empty fruit bunch be ejected to the yard from the other side of the revolving drum, or shipped out from the plant as palm orchards slipcover to recycling use, or burning in the locale as fertilizer for agricultural land. 

The guiding device furnished in the thresher can control the conveying speed of palm fruit bunches. 

Depericapping and Kernel Recovery ST.

After oil pressing, the broken cake mash are to be dried and loosened, then they go through a vertical aspiration channel and a drum conveying type multi-stage separator to have fiber separated from palm nuts, with very ideal technological results.

After the pure palm kernels are dired and husked, aspiration is adopted to separated husks from palm kernels, with good separation results.

Consisting of a balanced squirrel-cage rotor and a corrugated disk, the horizontal type centrifugal nut husker is noted for its high husking rate and low kernel breakage.

Clarification ST.

Machine-pressed crude oil first diluted with water washing, the fiber material removed from the oil through settlement and filtration, and then carry out continuous settlement, the whole divided into two parts: oil and sediment.

Through centrifugal separation and vacuum drying, oil is pumped into the storage tank for storing; oil sediment by filtration and dirt oil separation, oil proceeds second settlement, dirty oil mixture proceeds clarification separation, skim oil then be carried out a second settlement, sewage pumps to sewage treatment pond for dealing.
