1,it reserves the essence from the circulative and dynamic extraction and concentraction of the solvent:

The twice steam or condensed water produced during the concentration will reflow to the extracting tank so that higher strength gradient is always maintained in the extracting tank,which accelerates the leaching speed and shortens the extracting times.

2,The twice steam from the first effect acts as the heat source of the second effect,and  the potential heat for

condensing of twice steam can be fully used,which saves the steam and cooling water, saving about 40% energy consumption,Especially in the large production,it has high economic benefit and social  benefit.

3,The twice steam of the evaporator has passed through the secondary and tertiary condensation,which 

can guarantee the alcohol comsumption during alcohol consumption during alcohol extraction and is environmentally protective.

4,As the technological flows allocated are different, the unit with dual-effect allocation has lower requirements to the height of the factory building.

2,The extracting tank adopts higher length-diameter rate, the integral heat preservation of jacket and the plate type heat exchager form the ciculative spraying heating, which has such features as high heat transmission coeffcient k,energy saving,high static pressure column in the tank and rapid temperature rise etc.

3, The unit adopts the automatic recovery system with programmable control, and the condensed water can automatically return to the extracting tank or other storge tank.The status is displayed automatically with accurate and reliable action.

4, The independent volatile oil condensing and separating system makes the volatile oil achieve the sparation of light oil,heavy oil and water during the extraction,with high content and extracting rate.

5,The unit can carry out various extracting and concentrating processes:

A,normal pressure extraction-normal pressure concentration;

B,normal pressure extraction-vacuum concentration;

C,pressure relief extraction-pressure relief concentration
