Besides, this part of tire has good value, circle cutting machine helps collecting these thick steel wires.

 When do we need using Circle cutting machine?

Generally we suggest that using the circle cutting machine with Hydraulic cutting machine together. Cut the hard steel wire of tire inner ring first by circle cutting machine, then cut the waste tires into pieces by hydraulic cutting machine which would be easier to operate. Or, if you would like to keep the steel wire of waste tires inner rings, you could cut it first by circle cutting machine.

 Why we need hydraulic cutting machine?

 The diameter of a reactor of the tire pyrolysis plant is 1.2m, if the diameter of your waste tires’ is bigger. We suggest you cutting the tires first and let it easier to feeding the reactor. Or, if you want to feed more tires into the reactor, you should be better to cut the tires into pieces first and save the space of reactor.

 What are the differences between hydraulic cutting machine and circle cutting machine?

 We use the hydraulic cutting machine to cut the big tires or even whole tires into pieces, but use the circle cutting machine to cut the inner rings of tires.
The steel wire of inner rings has a high value, so some clients need to separate the steel wire from tires. If the diameter of tires is bigger than 1.2m, we suggest using the circle cutting machine to cut the steel first, then using the hydraulic cutting machine to cut the tires without inner rings into pieces.
