I Background and Meaning of the Project Development

Depend on the modernization of society, on the one hand the rubber industry is flourish, and rubber is general used in all kinds of business; on the other hand due to the rubber is not easy to corrupt, waste products grows day by day and has large amount at hand, it has become a big environmental pollution which called as black pollution, and it's on the rise.Compared with the foreign developing country, our country is lack of experience of disposing this pollution, capital and market also are big problems.  

At present, China's annual tires outputhave ranked third in the world, and have more than 130 million tires,the scape tires produced each year exceed 65 million, and increase with double-digit ratesevery year. And 70% of the waste tyre resources have not been recycling, and the recycling rate of waste diagonal tyre also is less than half. China rubber resources are very scarce, rubberraw materials mainly depend on import. Therefore, strengthen the management of the recycling of waste tyre is urgent.

The simplest method of disposing rubber waste is to create reclaimed rubber powder and oil refining. About producing reclaimed rubber powder, because of its high production costs, narrow marketing channel, plastic runway and other products longuse cycle, such negative reasons restrictthe further development of this project. Oil refining, for good sales, floating capital turnover fast and high profits, has drawn greater attention. Such as the present average price of domestic recycling waste tires is $167 /ton, oil output of the waste tiresis 45%, and superadd fuel, labour, water and electricity production cost, the cost of producing each ton of tyre oil is $365/ton. And the market price of the tyre oil now is $603/ton to $762/ton.

China current waste tyre oil equipments mainly adopt vertical fixed reactor, the technical process is as follows: first feed the waste tires from the top of pyrolysis reactor by labour, and close feeding inlet, then reactor bottom begin to heat slowly by using the left tire scraps, coal or wood as fuel, the volume of pyrolysis reactor is usually 5 cubic meters, and feed 1 ton tires, it general need 12 hours to refine one reactor. Finish one reactor, it need to stop 12 hours. When the temperature of reactor drop fully, open the slag hole under the reactor bottom to discharge slag , then begin to feed reactor from the feed inlet, enter the next cycle.

The three wastes disposal during production of domestic vertical waste tire refine equipment can't reach the environmental requirement, and output is low, it doesn't have continuous production ability. If you want to have economic profit, you need more equipments joint production.

 By T/T(30% deposit will be prepaid, 65% will be paid before loading, the balance 5% will be paid after installing and debugging).

 9.Delivery time:

 10. After-sale service:

 1) The warranty time: we guarantee the main reactor 3years, other parts one year expect the wearing parts.

 2) Beyond the warranty time, if the buyer need the seller's technician to repair equipment, the buyer should provide the accommodation and round-trip ticket.
