Process carbon black into higher quality

The carbon black is an important and indispensable raw material in chemical industry because of the high proportion in the field of rubber application. The technicis of processing it is developing to advantage oven process from backward channel process step by step. But this kind of technics has many disadvantages such as the cost of raw material will be high, the operation control will be strict, the equipment shall be big enough and the production needs some experimental condition and more workers to operate. Therefore, the cost of processing carbon black will be increased. But the function of carbon black is just to connect as structure and bridge, not to play a role in the chemical reaction of rubber application. According to the research, carbon black recycling is completely possible because it is reversible in the rubber application. Based on this theory, we design and manufacture the processing machine to reverse the carbon black from waste tyres and rubber. It is good for society and creates greater economic benefits for user.   

   At present, the demand of carbon black can be satisfied basically by the production in China, while the foreign demand is bigger. But most of carbon black production equipment in our country was put into use in end of 1970s and early 1980s, and it can not ensure normal production. But the raw material (petroleum, Coal tar) of carbon black extracting by oven process can not ensure normal supply. Even if the carbon black processing equipment we produce keep running in full production, the big demand will still not be satisfied. Therefore, the market prospect of carbon black processing is very bright.
