This screw type sludge dehydrator is integrating together with auto-control cabinet, sludge thickening & dewatering body and liquid collection tank. So the high efficiency flocculation, continuous sludge thicking & dewatering and liquid collection can be automatically completed all- in- one. The colloect liquid will be reflux or emissions finally. Widely used in municipal sewage petro-refining, leather making, printing and dyeing paper, coal;ofocation dressing, biochemical pharmacy, steel pickling and chemical sugar, food processing etc.

Overall structure as following.

It consits of filtrating body, flocculation reactor, mixed for flocculation reactor, V-type metering tank, water level regulator, level electrode, electric control cabinet, cleaning electric valve, spray planes, filtrate collwction tank and so on.

Screw type sludge dehydrator working principle

The conditioned sludge flow into the filter chamber from the flocculation tank and is pushed forward to the discharge end, with the gap between the thread of the shaft is getting more and more narrow, the pressure on the sludge is getting higher and higher, then the water is separated from the sludge and flows out from the gap between the moving and the fixed plates. The movement of the moving plates and the fixed plates cleans the gap between them and prevent the machine from clog, the filterd sludge cakes are pushed forward by the shaft and finally discharged from the end.
