Product Application.

1. Front tire 4.00-12, Rear tire 4.50-14, thicker off-road tires, very suit driving on the rough and uneven road.

2.Small control system, Battery and Bettery power indicator.

Small Control system: Hydraulic lifting, key start, open front headlight, move forward and backward; Battery:capacity:150-80Ah/48v.normally working time:10~12hr; Battery indicator, the green part show full power; the yellow part show the power can driving normally; the red part show power shortage, the battery should be charged.

3.This is the battery Quick Charger.

The charger can use the household power 110v or 220v to charge directly. Charger jack is Chinese two pin plug, it can be customized the standard US or European plug.

4. Hydrocylinder lifting control handle, the controller and Hydrocylinder lifting system

Near the lifting control handle the red tank is hydraulic oil tank, the Hydrocylinder and lifting motor can achieve self-unloading, very easy to opearte.

5. Hydraulic oil pipe, this is the whole hydraulic lifting system.

when the vehicle box rises, the back door will open automatically, so the things inside will automatically come out, save labour, and more efficient.

6.Driving and operate system

The first picture the small black pedal is brake pedal; the long pedal is accelerator pedal.
The second picture showed the handle is moving forward or backwards control handle.
The third picture driving motor is 1000w use low speed high torque motor, the maximum speed is 25km/hr, so drivng very steady, very suit driving on bumpy, potholed, sloping road.

FCL Delivery

For the order quantities more than 10 units, normally we advise to adopt full container load, full container shipment without any demolition, it‘s more convenient transportation and cost savings.
