The molds in the following pictures are bought by our Malawian Customer. The cement tiles in the pictures were produced when we testing the hydraulic ceramic carrelage machine making. We only use the cement, sand and stone powder as raw materials.

B) Raw Material

Mix water, raw materialsuch as cement, sand, stone powder and stone particles(crushed stone, such as marble, granite, pebbles, mica rock, gravel, quartz rock and so on) up in proportion and feed the mixture evenly to the main machine of the CNC concrete hydraulic ceramic carrelage machine making. If different moulds such as roof tile moulds are applied, roof tiles can be obtained.
