Waste PE PP plastic film crushing washing recycling line is specially designed for crushing washing and drying waste LDPE/HDPE film, PP bags, jumbo bag, woven bags and so on.
Capacity: 300kg/h, 500kg/h, 1000kg/h

Recycling process: Belt conveyor - Plastic crusher - Friction dewater - High speed friction washer - Floating washing tank - Screw discharger - High speed friction washer - Floating washing tank -Screw discharger - High speed dewater machine - Air conveying system - Hopper. (According to impurities different, configuration is different)

Application: Waste LDPE, DHPE film, jumbo PP bags in our life. The recycled material is widely used to make granules.

Yes, engineer service is allowed.

2. How can I get the after service?

In warranty period, we will send you the spare parts for free if the problems caused by us. If the problem is caused by wrong operation, we supply the spare part in cost price.

3. How long is the warranty period?

One year since date on bill of loading.

4. Do you have inspection procedure for the machine? 

All equipment is 100% self inspection before delivery.
