Action:
1.KMJ-II gluten tester is used in test gluten quantity and quality in flour.
2.It is suitable to the wheat flour and the entire wheat flour test.

Method:
10g flour or the entire wheat flour add 5ml salt water, in the cup to mix 20s , then washes 5min with the salt water, may obtain the gluten. Under the centrifugal action, according to the SB/T10248-95 stipulation method, can calculate the wet gluten content and the gluten index.

4. Difference of the two test results is not bigger than 1.0%
5. The gluten index in the index between 70-100, two test results allowed the difference does not over 11 units; In the index below 70, two test results allowed the difference does not over 15 units.
