and outside the mold formation,make the dry sand compation,to form the desired cavity.V mothod casting different from the 

traditional sand casting is no need for adhesive,thus reducing the environmental pollution and greatly reduce the labor,the

old sand recovery rate reaches more than 95%.It is composed by sand processing system and molding system.Sand processing system is composed of cooling and transportation equipment,dust removal equipment,PLC control system.
