Features and Application of Exway Hammer Crusher:

The Hammer Crusher features in its simple structure, high reduction ration, large capacity for high production, easy to operate and maintence, ect.

The hammer crushers were developed for the both dry and wet crushing of brittle, medium-hard materials for the mining, cement, coal, metallurgic, construction material, road building, and Petroleum & Chemical industries. The crushers are applicable for crushing of brittle minerals, such as coal, salt, plaster, alum, brick, tile and limestone with compression strength no more than 100mpa and humidity no more than 15%.

Working Principle of Exway Hammer Crusher:

The Hammer Crusher(PC) crushes by the collisions between high-speed hammer and material. The Ring Hammer Crusher(PCH) has a rottor that is fitted with a specially designed ring-hammer, it is the variant. 

The crusher uses rotors fitted with hammers to carry out its task. The rotors are made up of a main shaft, a disk, pin shaft and hammers. A motor drives the rotor rotate at a high speed through the belt, and on the rotor there are series hammers. The machine has a feed opening which is used to insert the material to the crusher. Once the materials get into the working area of hammers, the rotating hammers with high rotation speed are crushing them. The products which are crushed to meet the required size can be discharged by the outlet and become the final products, the large size products are brought back to the crushing area by the hammers for being recrushed until they reached the required size. A screening plate is fitted below the rotor so that the crushed materials that have reached a smaller size than that of the screen are sieved out leaving the bigger ones for further crushing. The screening plate can be adjusted to create the desired gap from the rotors according to suitability.
