Structure instruction

1.Roll temperature adjusting device

Adopt powerful revolving joint with high pressure hose and add stop valve for feed-water management, it is easy to make maintenance due to movable joint, besides, all the inlet

pipe can be connected easily with coupling flange.

2.Reducer

Adopt special leakage protection device and built-in water cooling system, and it is clearer

when add oil due to oil level display device. With alloy steel hardened tooth surface for all the reducers, the gear grinding machining precision can reach 6 grade . In addition, the

 appearance is beautiful and the noise is lower due to bath lubrication.

3.Frame and base

Adopt welding structure with annealing treatment , realize machine finishing without

 internal stress.

4.Roller

With higher chilled cast iron for casting, the hardness of surface with a layer of chilled

 and hardness layer is too high can reach HS70⁰±2⁰, while for the inner, it is high tenacity

cast iron, and it is hollow for inside drum which can be used for cooling water pass or

 steam heating.

5.Bearing

With easy-disassembly conicity self-aligning roller bearing (American TWB Brand), it is easy to make maintenance for it in future.

6.Main motor

Adopt Siemens- Beide brand motor , the power is ≥110KW.

7.Lubrication devices

Set overflow pipe and oil drip box for forcible oil pressure thin oil lubrication system imported oil pressure assembly from Taiwan, and so it is easy to make maintenance in future.

8.Auto folding back device (Optional)

With AC frequency –changing motor, it is easy to adjust the pulling speed. When restart the machine, the last speed can be used again; by oil hydraulic tie-rod folding back device and

 lead limit switch, the right and left swing travel can be adjusted optionally with stable running

and high reliability. There is MC nylon ring fixed onto both sides of pressing roller and set end closure for roller end surface, besides, the anti-reverse tipping gear is fixed as well (The roller

can be raised by 100mm), and the right and left bracket is treated by chromeplating .

9.Hydraulic double-face driving Guide plate (Optional)

Adopt double side hydraulic movable guide plate with steel plate welding support,

and the material is nylon, in addition, you may choose new structure (BH way). It is easy

 to remove and clean the plate, and the gap with the previous roller can be kept by minimum.

10.Emergency stop apparatus

Button: Each for back, forwards and right, left inside (4 in all). You may choose.

   a.  back and forwards guy ropes each(2 in all);

   b.  back and forwards foot switch each (2 in all)

11.Braking device

With electric hydraulic block brake, it can reverse automatically after braking, besides, the

time can be adjustable.

Electric control system

Include control cabinet,operation board and outer connection box.

a. Electric control cabinet

Mainly used for reduction pressure starting and operation for main motor. The voltmeter,

ammeter are fixed onto panel, besides, there is leakage circuit breacker set for electric

 control cabinet, and the operation rotating handle is fixed onto panel as well.

1. Ammeter: Used for check the work current for main motor,

2. Voltmeter: Check the incoming voltage

3. Adopt Δ/Y change pressure-reducing starting and set reverse inching function. Choose

imported Taiwan product foe main contactor and leakage circuit breacker. All the operation

 for main equipment start,running and working state can be operated on operation board.

4.Guide plate control (Optional)

Firstly, start hydraulic pump motor, when the pressure has reached the standard, complete the advance and back function by controlling solenoid valves. In addition, all the control button of

guide plate and corresponding indicator light are fixed onto operation board. The guide plate

can be handled separately for advance and backward, also this can be done at the same time.

5. Auto folding back control (Ascription auto folding back device)(Optional)

With frequency-changing speed-regulation control for motor, this machine can make memory

 for the last running speed; in addition, all the start,stop,speed regulation indicator and

rev display are fixed onto operation board. While the indicator light of traction frequency

convertor is fixed onto electric control cabinet.

6. Left and right motorized nip adjustment control(Optional)

Mainly used for controlling the advance and backward of motor, all the roll gap and right,

left nip adjustment and advance, backward inching can be set on operation board.

In addition, the left and right nip adjustment is displayed on dial.

b. Outer connection and inside connection

1.Outer connection

According to requirements, use rigid tube and wire groove for main frame, and the laying

of pipes should be in order and beautiful so that clear away dust easily.

2.Electric cabinet distribution

The electric cabinet should be set with safe earthing.
