3.Kneading process of components is effected by revolving of vanes toward each other with different speeds. The barrel is bidirectional. So the dough should be mixed very well and you do not need a sheeter.

4.This two speed dough making machine is equipped with a protecting cap. Ensure the cap is in place before operating the machine. Or else, it does not work. The sample dot on the cap is safe for getting sample.
