2.wiredrawing machine

wiredraw the large wire diameter into smaller one which being same as the final steel nail you expected , totally we have 3 types as below picture and mainly choose by your raw material and capacity request .

Remark: the vertical bar being appeared on nail body and nail cap is finished in this process by special structure on die mould .

 3.steel nail making machine

 pre-set the length of nail you prefer , threading wire into the feeder and then you can get finished nail.

 Remark: the horizontal strip on nail body are formed via nail mould during this process .

3.steel nail polishing machine

help to remove the rust sticked on surface of finished steel nail to guarantee more bright .

Notes that need add some saw powder , paraffin , oil in the machine .

4. galvanization

galvanized processing to enhance the nail hardness .
