OPERATION MANUAL:
1.Push the Switch up to turn the Motor ON,Check whether the machine work well.Make sure There are no people on the output side of the machine.Comparing the cables/wires’diameters with the feeding slots on the machine,feeding the cables/wires one piece at one time.Before feeding the
cables/wires,please cut off the head of the cables/wires,to avoid gaps caused to the blades.
2.On the output side,if the cuts on the cables/wires are too deep,please check below points:
1)Please adjust the handles on the input side, screw down or loose them. (M12 handles)
2)Check whether the cables/wires on the right position as you feeding them.
3)Make sure the blades are sharp,if not,polish them with the oil stone
3.On the output side,if see the plastic(PVC)has been stripped,but the copper wires can not been disgorged,please check below 4 points:
1)Check whether the springs are loose,if yes, screw down to make them tighten
2)The diameter of the cables/wires are too small,please adjust the space between the two axises to 0.3-0.6mm.
3)If the cables/wires you want to strip are hot,also can not get the copper wires stripped out.
4.If the cables/wires were blocked in the axises,please check below points:
1)Check if the Chains are loose.
2)If the springs on the press wheels are too tight,loose them.
There are too much oil on the cables/wires,please wipe it(make sure the machine is turned off before wiping.)

Make sure the cables/wires’diameter are similar with the feeding holes ,large cables/wires in large feeding holes, small cables/wires in small feeding holes, flat cables/wires in flat feeding holes.

Make sure the axis turn to the right side, never put hand into the safety guards when the machine is running. Keep child far away from the machine.

A. DO NOT wear loose clothing or gloves as death or dismemberment can occur. (with gloves on when feeding wire/cable, gloves can snag on scrap wire and bring hand into machine)
B. Only to be operated by qualified personal whom have read instructions
C. DO NOT operate machine outside of machine specifications
D. DO NOT touch the running machine or moving parts while machine is running.
E. DO NOT remove machine guards. Only to be removed for maintenance and oiling by qualified personal and quickly put back on the machine after maintenance is complete.
F. DO NOT allow children or untrained personal near machine.
G. DO NOT put cable/wire longer than 1 meter into machine.
H. DO NOT use this machine in the rain, if peeling wet cable/wire, keep the knife dry, oil the machine often, test the knifepoint and machine for oxidation.
