Working priciple of maize processing machinery

Complete set of maize flour milling machine can be divided into three sections: 

cleaning section --- dehulling, polishing & milling section – sifting and packaging 

section.

1.  Cleaning section

   To clean out the impurities from corn. e.g., dust, stone, magnetic material, we use screening,

destoner, magnetic separator  to select the middle and small impurities. This section is to

prepare the corn for millling part and protect the whole equipment.

2.Dehulling, polishing & milling section

Include different number of mills and sifters to crush the integrate maize and separate

the skin, germ,bran and flour;

Dehulling: use emery roll dehulling machine or iron roll dehulling machine to get rid of

the skin of the maize;

 Polishing: dehull and polish the maize to prepare for the milling procedure, ensuring

the high quality of the final products and high yield rate;

 Milling: grind the maize to break the integrity with electric or pneumatic milling machine.

3. Sifting and packaging section
    The sifting part equipped with single/double-case plansifter to classify the grade flour,

grits and huskers; The packing part can be manual or automatic, can be designed according

to requirement and machine capacity.
