Detail description:

1)  It is special for washing recycled PET bottle, such as the mineral water bottles, oil bottles, Coca Cola bottles etc. We can help to attach equipment at the end of the washing line so that the completely dry flakes can be collected and packed directly after being washed.

2) The clean flakes can be used to produce the polyester staple fiber, PET strap band, granules, PET transparent film and sheets, etc. The top class flakes can be used to blow bottles again.

3)  The whole line can be designed on the basis of how dirty the flakes are, and make sure of the quality of the final flakes are very clean.

4) The output we can supply is from 450kg/h to 2500kg/h.

5) We can also supply bale breaker, label remover, single/double shaft shredder to equip on the whole line.
