Stone Process Line

Description of Stone Process Line:

1. Stone and sand process line is a special equipment to produce building sand,and building stone.

2. The sand or stone, produced by this line, is particle size equally, high compressive strength, which is more satisfied to use in building than natural sand.

Working Principle of Stone Process Line:

First the raw materials are regularly conveyed into the elementary-crushing machine by the vibrating feeder, then the belt conveyor transfers the elementary products to impact crusher for secondary crush.

The secondary products will be separated into stone of different sizes by the vibrating screen. The parts not satisfying the needs will be returned to the impact crusher for further crush.

Main Equipments of Stone Process Line:

The main equipments of stone process line including the stock bin—vibrating feeder—jaw crusher—impact crusher—vibrating screen—final stone material, those equipments are connected by belt conveyor.

Vibrating Feeder

During processing, the equipment can send various materials into the crushers in the given time, separating the raw materials primarily. It is widely used in metallurgy, coal ore, construction materials, etc.

The eccentric shaft vibration exciter and partial block help to adjust amplitude. The material drops down the long time. Warranty of Stone Process Line:

1. One Year (Calculated from the goods arrived the destination port.)  If any parts (excluding easily damaging parts) are found defective in quality in the first year, we shall replace it free-of-cost. After one year, parts can be replaced on favorable payment basis. We can send our engineer to provide the installation and trial run in your place. But the relevant cost shall be bear in your account (round trip air ticket, board and lodging).
