Packaging and Shipment

Packaging: We offer three international export standard package solutions to our customer: package with your band, our MGM & HT package and neutral package. If you have special requirement, we can offer the package you required.

Shipment: Delivery time depends on your destination and your orders. Generally, it will be shipped to your destination within 35 days. We will arrange everything timely after receiving deposit.

1. QTY less than MOQ: neutral package or neutral color box package;

2. QTY more than MOQ: MGM MOTO Package or according to client’s requirement.

3. Shipping Mark: normal mark or according to client’s requirement.

Q2: Do you provide SAMPLE SERVICE?

1. We provide free sample if the cost is under 10 USD which customer bears the freight charges.

2. Clients’ sample is welcome. We are able to produce the specific products according to your sample.

3. If you do not find the product you need, tell us detailed information, we have the ability to design and manufacture it.

Q3: What’s the MOQ?

1. MOQ is not the same for different products;

2. Generally, the MOQ of small part is 500pcs, while the MOQ of the big part is 100pcs. It depends on the value and volume.

Q4: How long is the DELIVERY TIME?

1. Delivery time depends on the actual orders, usually it is15-35 days.

2. Delivery time is from the date when we receive the deposit.

Q5: Have the products passed any CERTIFICATIONs?

1. All our products are certification guaranteed. We can provide commercial inspection certification, certification of origin, GS, ISO9001, ISO14001, REACH, TUV A, FORM E, etc.
