Precise measurement control

1. The filling adopts fixed flow channel parameter, which can control the filling time to realize the filling of different units of measure.

2. Precise time of pneumatic valve filling can be set to 0.01 second, which can make the measurement precision controlled within the error range of ±1%, reduce the unnecessary material loss and increase the economic benefits of users.

3. The design of every filling head can be adjusted separately to realize the uniform of the filling measurement.

4. This machine has the function of number counting program for bottle feeding, it will stop filling when there is no bottle or the number is not correct, only when the bottle quantity on the counter is the same with the one set beforehand, it will continue to fill.
