The series of liquid dispensing tanks strictly conform to the requirements in Article 31 and Article 31 in “Quality Management Specification for medicine Production“GMP General rules (revision in 1998) and are designed,manufactured and inspected according to the requirements of GB150-98”steel pressure Vessels”and JB/T4735-97”Steel welded Atmospheric pressure Vessels”

 Specifications:

1.The heat preservation material of the vessel is high-temperate resistant and anti-aging polyurethane blister or pearl cotton.

2.The interface adopts internationally general ISO rapid installation chuck type product.the internal bladder adopts imported stainless steel SUS316L or SUS 304. the internal surface adopts mirror polishing unit RA less than 0.28um,and the external surface adopts polishing, mirror polishing,sandblasting ,cold rolling original color matte treatment.All of the above conform to GMP standard.

3.The selling of the blender adopts imported sanitary mechanical seal device,and the blending rotation speed is optional

4.The pipe mouth is provided with liquid meter vent (static pressure type,capacitance type,non-contact type ,ultrasonic type or glass tube type),air spiracle,thermometer(digital indication type or dial plate type) CIP cleaning vent,sight glass,anti-explosion view lamp(integrated sight glass and view type),SIP sterilization vent, liquid inlet and outlet ,sanitary manhole and etc.

5.The volume varies within the range of 100L-10000L ,or design and manufacturing can be made according to actual requirements of customers 

6.The GMP certification document attached in the machine are avalible(including material report,certification of outsourcing parts,verification form and etc.

It can be used as the reacting tank in paint, emulsion, adhesive, petroleum can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, rubber, pesticide, dye, medicine and food industry. Used to achieve curing, hydrogenation, alkylation, polymerization, condensation process. Food procession, cosmetics production, chemical industry, dyeing and printing facilities, essence and fragrant substance production, fine chemical industry, emulsification of diesel oil and pitch.
