Main production modules (basic description):
• Automatic water treatment equipment:
- Source: ordinary tap-water, wells, rivers, lakes or dams (seawater is optional);
- Method of sterilization: UV (4 x 50W) & Ultra-filtration at 0.22µm;
- Total water consumption: about 13500 L/hr;
- Pure water capacity: 8000 L/hr (about 60%);
• Automatic blow-molding machines for PET bottles (2 machines):
- Bottling volumes: 330ml, 500ml, 1000ml and 1500ml;
- Capacity: 2 x 7500 b/hr based on 500ml (Maximum theoretical capacity is 2 x 8000 b/hr of 500ml);
- Preforms feeding: automatic;
- Empty bottles feeding to the conveyor: automatic split-system for air-conveyor;
• Automatic bottling machine (Monoblock 3-in-1):
- Bottling volumes: 330ml, 500ml, 1000ml and 1500ml;
- Capacity (bottling speed): adjustable up to 15 000 b/hr based on 500ml;
- Working heads: 32 (rinsing), 32 (filling), 10 (capping);
- Bottling environment: closed (it is possible to be Ozonated);

• Automatic labeling machine:
- Labeling type: hot melt, wrap-around labels;

• Automatic stacking (PE-wrapping) machine:
- Bottle arranging: 2x2, 2x3, 3x4, 3x5, 4x6 bottles in a stack, adjustable;

- Shrink temperature: 180 - 210°C, adjustable;
- PE foil: from roll, roll width 740mm (max), roll core dia: 75mm

• Automatic chemical cleaning (CIP) system:
- Working pressure: 0.3 ~ 0.7Mpa;
- Operating temperature: 60 ~ 138°C;

- Tanks: acid, alkaline and water;

• Conveyor system:
- Overall length: about 180 - 220m, depending of the factory layout;
