Working process chart:

1. The filled bottles go into buffer conveyor(inlet conveyor) of the packing machine.

2. The bottles are divided into the customer required packing specification(such as 2*3pcs, 3*4pcs,4*6pcs etc).

3. The cardboard feeding device will send the cardboard into fixed place, then the divided bottles will go into the cardboard, then the cardboard will send to another place to form its shape with glue.

4. Film sleeveing, sealing, pressing, shrinking, cooling.
