HDPE/LDPE Cap Injection Machine

1. High-speed CPU based Siemens SP300 control system with Operator-friendly interfaces assures auto-protection function of machine and automatic process control.

2. Profibus-DP communication module allows for instantaneous response and precise control of the machine hydraulic system and robot.

3. Accumulator from REXROTH provides adequate hydraulic force.

4. Independent BOSCH servo-valve control of mold clamping, ejection and injection contributes to instantaneous, stable and precise machine movements.

5. Accurate control of mold stroke prolongs mold life.

6. Specially designed take-off plate shortens robot stroke.

7. SEW servo motors from Germany for the robot leads to fast and accurate control of robot stroke, which in turn shortens preform transfer time as well as extending machine life.

8. Higher machine rigidity with thicker platens and heavier machine platform enables the machine to run fast but stable.

9. Preform can be accepted in accordance with peform drawing confirmed.
