UHT Filter
The plant is suitable for UHT treatment of milk and juice with an indirect heating system using tubular heat exchangers. The plant is equipped with a Homogenizer and can work at variable capacities.
1.1 Hourly Capacity
From 1.7 ton/h up to max 10t/h
1.2 Type of products
a) Fresh cow milk max 4% fat content
b) Fruit juice max 12 Brix with fibers max 10mm
1.3 Temperatures
Product inlet temperature: 5degree
Homogenization temperature: about 70degree
Intermediate holding tube temperature: about 90degree
Sterilization temperature: 140degree (max design temperature: 150degree)
Product outlet temperature: about 25degree
1.4 Plant volume
The volume of the product contained in the plant depends on the intermediate holding tube setting, about 300L.
