Application

The GJJ Homogeneous Pump is a kind of versatile equipment which can make liquid substance into high-pressing spray or homogeneous thinning.

(1)Liquid solidification(powder) homogeneous substance into steady dispersed liquid(homogeneous fluid), which is applicable to drink&food industry, such as ice cream, dairy products, catchup, jam,cocoa,coffee, juice tea, vegetable proteins drink, soft drinks,chocolate milk, natural food color and essence soy milk powder.

Technique Assurance

l Noise of transmission is lower than noise of motor. The pointer of pressure meter is steady, and also the range of swing of pointer is less than 2MPa.

l Smashing granularity between 0.1micron to 2 micron, and their average size≤1 micron.

l Sealing material can work under less than 150°C,and the parts touching material is made of stainless steel which can stand up to the acid and alkali,All of valves and plungers are made of special material, so they are durable and inexpensive. The bearing is also durable because it is made of special alloy material , which is the more friction the more hardness.

l Lubrication of those kinds of pumps is credible, and it only need changing oil first time when work 800 hours to 1000 hours, since then it need to be changed oil per year later.
