Use and Features

The hydraulic press is dedicated to form security door panel. Press body is one-piece frame structure, optimized design, with sufficient strength and rigidity. It adopts adjustable oblique wedge type quadrangle and octahedral guide rail to guide the ram, with high guide precision; hydraulic press is equipped with a separate hydraulic station and electrical control system, electrical system uses PLC to control, can be operated in inch mode, manual mode and semi-automatic mode. In semi-automatic mode, ram can work in the way of preset pressure or preset stroke, it's convenient for regulating transmission components action according to working condition of the press, make the machine run more stable and reliable; hydraulic system employs two-way cartridge valves with features of small size, compact structure, small resistance, large flow quantity, smart action, reliable operation and good seal. Working pressure and stroke of the machine can be adjusted freely within the parameters of the design.
