• Two US Cummins engine QLS9-C325, Euro 3 standard; special meter monitor real-time engine parameters; the engine owns the omni-directional emission, energy saving and environment protection;
• The rotary drive and transmission device make into one body, the compact structure and low gravity center; the rotary drive is moved by gear and rack, steady and low wearing;
• The whole welding structure mast, optimize mast section by finite element analysis many times; the movable support may guarantee mast stability during construction;
• The main hydraulic circuit adopts the high-pressured variable piston pump and the electrical proportion control. The rotational motor have over-load protection; The hydraulic pump, the motor, the reducer, each kind of hydraulic valve, the hose and joints are all from world first- level brand, to enhance system reliability;
• It uses PLC central control, CAN-BUS and virtual instrument, realizing the real-time monitor and automatic fault diagnosis;
• The gripper may travel on the whole mast to deal with troubles conveniently; the clamp cylinder and special collar may provide enough big torque to guarantee unscrews easily;
• The movable main console may realize the remote control and convenient machine's movement; the operator or main console can stand in the platform to inspect the operating condition; crane is optional with remote control.
