Machine Type Characteristics:  

The impact type crusher, a new product optimally designed by our company based on the absorption of domestic and world advanced technology, can process various materials with the grain size of no more than 500mm and the compressive strength of no more than 360MPa; it has the characteristics of large crushing ratio, high crushing efficiency, convenient maintenance, etc. The finished products are cube-shaped, and the ideal equipment for processing aggregates used for road surfaces of high-grade roads and water-electric construction. The impact crusher is widely applied in fields of highway construction, hydraulic engineering and processing of broken building stones due to its excellent performance.

Working Principle::

The product crushes the materials by utilizing impact energy. When the machine works, the rotor is driven by the motor to rotate at the high speed, the materials charged from the feeding port impact the blow bar on the rotor and are crushed by high-speed impact of the blow bar, the crushed materials are re-crushed on the lining plate, and the crushed materials are discharged from the material-discharging port. By adjusting the gap between the impact frame and the rotor frame, the aims of changing the grain size and the shape of the discharging materials are fulfilled.
