 Technical Advantages and Feature

1.     Unique swag style (Patent No: CN200720081221.1)

The traditional R-type roller device caused a skew angle between roller and ring working platform because the rollers are placed horizontally and roller device turn up when swag. And the HC1700 applied vertical roller device which throw away horizontal when swag. The centrifugal force of vertical device increased almost 35% when the central rollers of main mill swag so that the roller compaction and crush power are strength. Otherwise, it is better for powder crush and average wearing of grinding area because of the horizontal touch of roller and ring of the vertical device. The classifying system uses the turbine classifier featuring in higher production capacity and more efficient classifying, which can make powder with a precise fineness ranging enlarge from 80-200mesh to 80-400mesh and ensure the highest passing rate.
