Application:
SWFL Series Pulverizer suitable for shrimp feed, aquatic expanded feed superfine grinding, in each big, medium, small feed mills, all kinds of coarse crushing materials such as corn, sorghum, wheat and barley, soybean meal, fish and shrimp, etc., after the first cleaning sieve, magnetic separation and blend into superfine mill, ultra-fine grinding, to reach the required standard of ultra-fine -grained material.
Performance:
→ Vertical shaft without screen style, grinding and grading can be competed at same time
→ Unique grinding plate structure, high capacity;
→ Optimization design of classification system, high classification efficiency
→ Rotor bearing adopts air cooling, to overcome the high speed and overloaded high temperature during operation.
→Unique knife installation, change knife much more convenient and faster;
→ Particle size 60-200 mesh continuous adjustable, can meet the special requirements of super fine grinding;
→ Side to open the access door, convenient maintenance, and much more easy to change wearing parts inside.
→ The outlet of screw conveyor can automatically remove hard iron impurities.
