(Z148W microseism squeeze molding machine)
Technical characteristics:
The microseism squeeze molding machine is fully buffered, high-frequency, low amplitude and pneumatic.
The shock part of the machine is buffer spring, so it can effectively reduce the impact to foundation
It is the steel structure of the fuselage, so it can significantly increase the rigidity
About the jolt-squeeze structure, it consists of the working table, jolt piston, jolt iron compressive piston, squeezing cylinder and so on
About the pressure head tumbler parts, it consists of the pressure head plate, the tumbler beam, the sunwheel axle, the gear rack piston rod and so on, the tumbler has the buffer gear of the drive cylinder at both ends, so it can make the tumbler turn smoothly
The drawing structure, it consists of drawing cylinder connected with synchronizing shaft, the drawing cylinder adopts air pressure control, so it can guarantee the drawing smoothly beginning
