1. A rolling cylinder which slightly inclines is the main part of coal slime dryer. The wet materials are fed from the higher end of the cylinder when the heating media are being sent through the lower end.
2. Under influence of the gravity,wet materials flow downwards to the lower end and contact the heating media directly or indirectly.
3. There is a stirring plate on the inner wall of the cylinder to
stir materials continuously and make them have a full contact with air stream.

Process flow of coal slime dryer
As raw material is sticky, this drying equipment is divided into several section for higher efficiency.
1.Transmission section. Wet coal slime enters this section, then gets full contact with high temperature air, moisture inside gets vapourized. With lifting boards elevate and scatter materials repeatedly, wet coal slime conveyed to next section.
2.Cleaning section. When materials fall down, they are easy to stick on the inner wall of the cylinder. During this process, cleaning device breaks the clumps. This spreads the surface area of heat exchange and improves heat efficiency.
3.Lifting boards section. Wet coal slime is loose and of low moisture content that meet the requirement.
4.Discharging section. No lifting boards in this area. Materials roll to the outlet. The whole drying process is completed.
