Complete biomass pellet production line is designed for industrial production to make biomass pellets from any type of agro and forestry wastes. The finished wood pellets are widely used for heating purposes of industrial boilers and large power plants as well as home use to alleviate the energy crisis and meet eco-friendly requirements.

BIOMASS PELLET PRODUCTION PROCESS >>

1. Raw materials preparation

The raw material to make wood pellets is always wood logs, wood shavings, wood sawdust, wood chips, biomass straw, forest waste etc.

2. Crushing section

Crushing machine is used for crushing the larger materials into smaller powder for supporting produce wood pellets. We always use the hammer mill crusher to crush wood chips, straw etc, if the material is wood logs or other big wood, we advise to use the wood chipper to chip them first.

3. Material drying section

The moisture of the material for crushing is within 30%, and the moisture for pelletizing is within 15%.

So before pelletizing, a drying machine is needed to make the moisture content reaches the required standards.

4. Pellet cooling section

The cooling machine is used to reduce pellets surface temperature and the moisture content which makes the wood pellets easy to store, meanwhile helps screen good and pure pellets.

5. Pellet packing section

Packing section is necessary to protect the wood pellets from the damp, and easy to store.
