Introduction:

Pregelatinized/Modified starch is an effective and economical fluid loss

agent in water based drilling fluids, which is a starch derivative. It is

not bacterial degradation when at 120°C, environmentally acceptable

and non-toxic.kitchen faucet Modified Starch machinery can produce a

thin, slick, tough filter cake and promotes faster penetration rates with

reducer friction. It can be used in all kinds of drilling fluid systems,

Paper system, Textile system and so on.

Raw materials:

Main raw material is rice flour; also can mixing corn flour, wheat flour, soya bean meal, meat meal, bone meal, vegetable fiber etc.

Capacity:

100-150kg/h, 180-240kg/h, 350-500kg/h

Process flows:

Raw material→mixing→extrusion puffing→air conveying→drying

→crush→ (packaging)

The equipment list:

Mixer→ Screw conveyor→ Double-screw extruder→air conveyor→ oven/dryer→crusher 

Extruder features:

1. Twin screw extruder are consisting of feeding system, extruding system, cutting system, heating system, and Gearing system and controlling system.

2. Feeding system, extruding system and cutting system, adopts frequency speed controlling with high automation and stable per-formation.

3. Automatic lubrication and cooling system guarantee the extruder running safely.

4. According to different material, we can choose the relative single or double screw feeding system; the material should be uniformity and stable.

5. Screw is made by special technique, is able to bear grinding, steady and reliable, longer using life.

6. According to different screws design rate to meet different technology request.

The above is supporting equipment, the equipment is cover an area

 of an area small, flow line length25-26m, width 2.5m, automation

 high strength, easy to operate and maintenance.
