1. Introduction of our WPC profile extrusion machine

Combing advanced Canadian technology and the domestic practical situation, our company developed the SJMS series WPC profile extrusion line. WPC profile extrusion line is adopted specially desgined screw and barrel, mould and unique WPC craft and formula initiated by our company.

3. Features and Consists of the WPC profile extrusion line 

The WPC profile extrusion line is consistes of double screw extruder-mould-vacuum calibration platform, haul off machine, cutting machine and stacker.

The extruder can match with the auxiliary machines and the moulds perfectly. The whole production line is of automatic control from the loading to the final discharging.  The machine can also be manually adjusted separately. With the advantages of good plasticization, low energy consumption, high output, excellent perfomance. long endurance etc.

Surface treatment: sanding, brushing and embossing process can make the WPC products with nature wooden grain which is good accepted by customers.
