Specifications

Introduction             : Sewer vacuum emptying vehicle works by the principle of vacuum force which is created inside an enclosed tank with a high capacity vacuum pump. Sludge, dirty water, half-solid waste and any other dirt are sucked up and collected inside the tank by this strong vacuum effect. Equipment consists of the following sub units;

Sludge Tank            

Tank Volume              : Total capacity is 19.000 liters (5.020 US Gallons)

Tank Profile                : Cylindrical shape, thickness of 6 mm steel EN10025 - S235jr, properly welded inside and outside with GMAW method.

Front & Rear Lids        : Bulge according to DIN28011, thickness of 6 mm steel EN10025 - S235jr

Rear Lid Opening        : By an upside hinge, vertically opening type, working by 2 hydraulic cylinders driven by the hydraulic system.

Rear Lid Locking         : By 4 units hydraulic compressing cylinders driven by the hydraulic system.

Mounting                    : Tank is mounted to an auxiliary chassis, according to the regulations of truck chassis’ manufacturer.

Level Indicators          : 3 units level observation glasses are attached to the rear lid.

Breakwaters               : 3 units, made of the same material with tank body, prevents fluctuation of sludge mass in the tank. Placed in equal distances dividing the tank in 4 equal volumes, detachable easily for tank maintenance and cleaning purposes.

Sludge Suction            : Manually controlled, 4” suction valve with a quick coupling.

Sludge Discharge        : Pneumatically controlled, gate type, 6” discharge valve with a quick coupling.

Suction Hose Boom     : Hydraulically movable, mounted on the sludge tank, with 270º turning freedom.

Tank Lifting                : Up to 20 degrees with a hydraulic cylinder mounted to the front side of the tank.

Painting                      : Inside of the tank;  painted with two layers undercoat and two finish layers of epoxy paint for the maximum endurance against corrosion. Outside of the tank; painted with two layers undercoat and two finish layers of protective paint for the maximum endurance.

Vacuum Pump         

Pump Type                 : Made in Italy. Full liquid cooling system with forced circulation through outside water pump. Incorporated lubricating pump – Change over valve and check valve kit available. Oil tank and vacuum saving pump are attached on the main pump. 

Capacity                     : 2790 m³/hr (46.500 lt./min)

Rotor Speed                : 1000 rpm.

Max. Vacuum              : % 97

Max Pressure              : +1 bar.

Oil Consumption          : 0,36 lt/hr

Drive Type                 : Driven by the split shaft PTO with a pulley drive kit mechanism.

Filters                        : 1 unit noise silencer and oil filter / 1 unit air suction filter.

Safety System

I.  Safety System        : Mounted on the top of the tank, with a floating ball – shut off system. Preventing the waste water to reach air suction lines.

II. Safety System        : Mounted on the vacuum installation, between vacuum pump and I. safety system, with a floating ball – shut off system. It consists of a 70-liter water trapper tank and a discharging valve.

Pressure Relief Valve   : Mounted on the top of the tank, providing the secure working conditions in case of excessive vacuum force created in the tank.

System Control        : The system is driven by a control panel fixed on the backside of the tank which contains the below sub units.

• Engine cycle indicator
• Vacuum-meter indicator
• Hydraulic oil pressure indicator
• Vacuum pump control buttons (on/off)
• Vacuum pump control buttons ( vacuum/disengage/pressure)
• Suction boom control joystick
• Projector control button
• Engine gas joystick (+ / -)
• Emergency stop button

Accessories

Hose Trays                 : Along with both sides of the tank, 2 units with shutters and locking.

Lifting Winch               : 250 kg lifting capacity, with turning boom, driven by an electrically controlled winch.

Warning Lamp            : 2 units, one for the front of the tank, the other is at the rear of the tank.

Projectors                   : 1 unit fixed at the rear of the tank , 1 unit portable with 6-meter extension cable.

Mud guard                  : Plastic made for the rear wheels of the truck

Suction Hoses             : Total of 18 meter suction hose configuration with the below specifications.

• Dia. of 3" , 3-meter suction hose, with universal quick couplings (4 units)
• Dia. of 3", 6-meter suction hose, with quick couplings (1 unit)

Warranty:This equipment is under our warranty for any fault which caused by manufacturing, material and worker errors for 1 year after the date of delivery.
