    Our company mainly produces and operates various plastic machines for producing films, pipes, wires & cables. The company possesses a high qualified talent team, who can provide design, production and service according to the customers’ requirements.

Usage of PVC Pipe Line:

PVC plastic pipe production line is mainly used for producing agriculture water supply and drainage used pipes, building water

 supply and drainage used pipes, cable laying pipes with different diameter and thickness. The production line is composed of

 taper double screw extruder, vacuum molding table, traction engine, an cutting machine etc. The extruder and traction engine 

adopt inlet AC frequency speed regulation device. The vacuum pump and traction motor adopt qualified products. 

The traction methods include two crawler belts, three crawler belts, four crawler belts and six crawler belts traction. 

Cutting method can select saw web or planet cutting method. It can be added with length meter and thickness increasing device.

 The performance of the machine set is reliable, and the production efficiency is much hiher.
